TUNISIA: MINISTERS FINED FOR SPEEDING
(ANSAmed) - TUNIS, JUNE 30 - Automatic speed cameras, which were put to use in Tunisia starting on April 19, have captured the cars of three ministers and two secretaries of state, not for the photograph, but for speeding. So reported the Arab-language Tunisian daily Assabah, which, citing ''official sources'', says that the sanctions were paid regularly. The speed cameras, installed on the major roads, report about 3,000 infractions per day. (ANSAmed).
