L'Algérie officielle a-t-elle perdu ses principes et ses repères de fraternité, de bon voisinage, de réciprocité et de fidélité à l'Histoire? Faut-il s'y résigner après la réponse du ministre de l'intérieur à la demande officielle du ministre des affaires étrangères marocain de rouvrir les frontières? L'histoire de ce conflit ressemble à celle de deux frères dont l'un a fermé la porte à l'autre suite à une dispute. Après une si longue pénitence, comment ce frère peut-il refuser à l'autre qui le demande de lui rouvrir sa porte ?Le «cadre global» des relations maghrébines évoqué par Zerhouni n'est qu'une baliverne qui veut dire que le cercle dur du pouvoir, dont il a toujours fait partie en tant qu'ex-colonel de la SM, veut maintenir le statu-quo de l'isolement des algériens. Il est bon de se souvenir du contexte qui prévalait en cette terrible année 1994. Personne ne s'était posé la question ... mehr

Le Maroc déplore la position ambiguë de l'Algérie concernant la réouverture des frontières communes entre les deux pays.

"L'initiative du Royaume pour l'ouverture des frontières procède de sa bonne foi, mais le voisin de l'Est préfère chercher les faux-fuyants et se réfugie dans une position vague", a déclaré en substance le ministre de la communication Khalid Naciri lors du point de presse hebdomadaire suivant le Conseil de gouvernement de jeudi dernier. Citant le ministre des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération, M. Taieb Fassi Fihri, K.Naciri a regretté l'absence de toute réaction officielle algérienne, soulignant toutefois les commentaires émis publiquement par plusieurs membres du gouvernement algérien et qui vont à l'encontre des efforts de réouverture des frontières ... mehr

für uns reisende touristen dürfte das kaum von vorteil sein:
die zu durchfahrenden nordalgerischen gebiete gelten als zu gefährlich,
no-go-area !
