Die ägyptische Wirtschaft boomt, trotzdem kann das Land seinen Nahrungsmittelbedarf kaum decken. Investitionsminister Mahmud Safwat Mohieldin erklärt im SPIEGEL-Interview, wie er neue Flächen für die Landwirtschaft gewinnen möchte - und wie sich mit Wüstenwind Geld verdienen lässt ...
