DAMASCUS - Five tombs, which date back to the 3rd-4th century BC, were discovered near Damascus. According to an announcement by Mahmoud Hamoud, head of the Damascus Countryside Archeology Directorate, the tombs, which were discovered in Daryya City, date back to the Roman and Byzantine Age.
