Is the rules in Algerie that you need to rent a police when you travel in your own car?
If so, what is the price?

Hi Jan,
you don't need police, but a guide from a travel agency. The cost per day are around 120 - 150 Euro, regardless, whether one or several cars. Hope, this helps. Algeria is a nice country and you will enjoy.
