TUNIS - Developing tourism in the Kasserine zone: this is the plan that is based on construction of a luxury hotel in Jbel Chambi, one of Tunisiàs most mountainous regions. The governor of Kasserine (a theatre, in the second world war, of harsh conflicts between German and allied troops) shows great possibilities for development in the tourism sector. The region, in fact, boasts archaeological sites, forests and mountains, hot water springs and vast zones for hunting, all touristic offerings that until now have been little known or developed.
