Die internationale Menschenrechtsorganisation Human Rights Watch (HRW) wirft der internationalen Gemeinschaft vor, den in der äthiopischen Region Somali begangenen Verbrechen der Regierungstruppen tatenlos zuzusehen. Ethiopian forces have killed 123 rebels in the eastern region of the country, an official has told the BBC.
