Longtemps resté en veilleuse, le projet de construction d'un tunnel ferroviaire reliant l'Espagne au Maroc est de nouveau à l'ordre du jour. Défi technique, humain et financier, mais surtout symbole d'espoir de rapprochement des continents et des civilisations.
